Observation

Licensor observed a thick plastic bag where plastic balls were kept. Bag was observed empty with a large enough opening and was observed on the floor inside of a closet with no lock and bag was accessible to children. Plastic bag was removed during time of inspection. Licensor observed water hose outside in licensed space that was creating a tripping hazard. Licensor observed an aroma humidifier inside of bathroom space plugged into the outlet located next to the sink. Aroma humidifer was removed immediately during time of inspection.
